Is this the exact wig shown in Beige Ojai’s video?

Yes. If a product listing is linked to a Beige Ojai tutorial, styling video, or photos, you are purchasing that exact wig unless otherwise stated. No stock-photo guessing, what you see is what you get.

Are the wigs brand new or pre-worn?

Every product listing clearly states the condition of the wig. Some units are brand new and unworn, while others were modeled once for tutorials or photos.

What does “modeled once” mean?

Modeled once means the wig was worn briefly by Beige Ojai for filming or photography. These units are carefully cleaned, refreshed, and prepared before shipping.

Are all sales final?

Yes. Due to the nature of our products and many one-of-one ready-to-ship units, all sales are final. Please review all product details, measurements, and condition notes before purchasing.

How long does shipping take?

Most ready-to-ship orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method.

Are these wigs beginner-friendly?

Many of our units are beginner-friendly, especially glueless styles and closure wigs. Product descriptions will note whether a wig is beginner-friendly or better suited for experienced wig wearers.

Can I color or customize my wig?

Many units can be customized or colored, but we strongly recommend using a licensed professional for bleaching, coloring, or major alterations. Once a wig is in your possession, customization is at your own discretion.

What cap size do your wigs fit?

Most wigs fit standard/average head sizes unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Do the wigs shed?

Minimal shedding is normal with all wigs, especially with regular wear and styling. Proper maintenance and gentle handling will help extend the life of your unit.
